I have installed nagios core in my lab environment. I am monitoring 2 servers with nagios core.

I have one question.

Nagios core is showing services status is critical for both servers. How can I see why it is critical. Can you tell me where will be event logs? Which through I can fix it.

That will entirely depend on the plugin. If the output is just "CRITICAL" then you will need to know what the plugin was checking, and the thresholds used. Otherwise a plugin will usually print out some information in addition to just the state, such as the CPU load or disk space free.

We'll need to know more about the setup to really help you further. Screenshots are always nice.
