LogServer Login Issue

We are running Nagios Log Server and we are all of sudden getting a message “ The username specified does not exist “ when attempting to login the Log Server web interface. We have tried multiple accounts including both local and ldap with the same results. We are seeking your assistance.

You can reset the nagiosadmin password with thease directions

However if the issue is affecting mulitple users, you may have an index corrupt that stores the users information, to fix that you may want to elect to restore a system backup from before this started, see page 8 of this document
