I'm trying to upgrade from Nagios XI 5.2.7 to Nagios XI 5.4.13, and I'm getting the following error:
ERROR 1060 (42S21) at line 5: Duplicate column name 'api_key'

I tried following the instructions mentioned on this link to no avail: https://support.nagios.com/forum/viewto ... =6&t=40523

We do have paid support, but I'm not sure how to open a case with them.
