Nagios Support Forum

Had a question brought to my attention by one of our Unix admins the other day, looking for some assistance on it. This admin was looking for storgae monitoring tools online and found a list of the top 10. Nagios was listed as Nagios SAN monitor. I'm assuming it was just the link to Nagios XI which is able to monitor general SAN equipment. We're looking to find out if XI will do what we want in this regard. What kind of SAN monitoriing plugins are there available through XI and what kind of metrics do they cover?

List of equipment we're looking to monitor:
Hitachi HUSVM
Hitachi VSP
Hitachi USPV
Hitachi USPVM
Brocade DCX
Brocade 48000

We have an entire category on SAN and NAS monitoring on the Nagios Exchange, there are about 132 plugins that could be added to Nagios XI
