Hi,

We are using Nagios XI. We want to monitor Total active channel, Active calls, Internal Calls, External calls and Ip Trunks Online availability.
Already we have tried the few plug-ins (check_asterisk_channels, check_avaya_trunks). but we didn't get any solutions.
Please give me the solutions, about how to configure the plug-ins in Nagios server.
We need technical support for this case. Please give me number if its possible to make a call

Regards,
Sheriff

I am not familiar with these particular plugins, but here is a document on Managing Plugins in Nagios XI:

Thanks for replying.

I still have more specific doubt. We are using Trixbox for Telephonic calls. We run this application in Linux-centOS. The Trixbox is running for the asterisks service.

We are not clear whether these calls running as service or process. We want to monitor the following items,

Total active channel
Active calls
Internal Calls
External calls

Kindly guide us which plugin should be used to resolve this issue. Pls give me some immediate solution.

Not an expert on Trixbox, I'll try to have a go at this.

From my understanding, you should be able to use an Asterisk plugin to monitor a Trixbox. There are several in our exchange
