Hi,

I am just wondering why Nagios some users cannot receive alerts notification from Nagios.
Please see attached text file and let me know what else will I provide to make it all clear and easy to troubleshoot.

When using multiple templates, the first template in the list will supersede the second template, and the third if the options are the same.
It is called Object Inheritance. See this link for more details.

To get your contacts from the 2nd and 3rd templates, you can over ride the inheritance by adding a + before the contact names in the template and they will be added to the main service object.
