Upgrade failed

Post by ordwaycenter »

Hi, I just upgraded to the new version of XI and I have rebooted several times. But whenever I login to the web console, all of the data information fields have a spinning progress indicator. They never stop spinning and show me any data.

Also, I bought a license, but don't have access to the customer support forum for some reason.

Thanks,
Dumont

This is possibly a javascript cache problem, can I have you try to clear your browser cache and try accessing the page again. Thif this doesn't resolve the problem can I have you check the apache error log.

Code: Select all

tail -f /var/log/httpd/error_log

Please contact sales@nagios.com and they can get your access to the customer forum setup.

Thanks for the heads up. When we compressed the javascript scripts it created an issue with IE and Chrome loading the dashlets correctly. The fixed tarball is being uploaded as we speak, and should be ready to download about 30 minutes after this post. Go ahead and download the tarball once more and run the upgrade, it should resolve the issue.
