i want to implement Nagios Core monitoring in my infrastructure. When there's network outage, active checks don't gather data. But when it comes up, I still i want to know the check results during outage time. How to implement it?

Please share your nagios.cfg. The default behavior is to actually perform checks even during network outage, but there are flags to turn this off.
