Hello,
apologies for opening a new thread I am unable to respond to my old one.

we are using an extension of nagios called Check MK.

the server is correctly reporting the alerts to sms however does not show the hostname in the text.

Can anyone suggest on the best place to look to resolve this?

Can you share the command definitions you are using for your notification handlers?

Having the associated script(s) used in those command definitions would also be useful.

Agreed, we would need to see the notification commands text.
