Scheduled downtime with services

Hi,
Why are checks/services executed while they are in a fixed downtime schedule?
Is it possible to temporary disable checks.

Downtimes are scheduled based on the XI system's time and this could be related to
https://support.nagios.com/forum/viewto ... 16&t=48828 . Check the time settings as described there and let us know if it doesn't help resolve your issue.

The timezone is correct.
But when I schedule a downtime, the checks are still executed.

Is the timezone on the XI machine the same as time the on machine running the browser accessing the UI?
