XI fullinstall hangs

Hi,
I am trying to install nagios XI and it hangs after the following:

images/up.gif
images/warning.png
images/weblogo1.png
images/zoom1.gif
images/zoom2.gif
I tried several times to reinstall, but no luck. The install.log shows the same as what is displayed on the terminal. I am trying to install this on RHEL 6.2 64bit. I have installed nagios core on another RHEL 5 and 6 64bit with out issues.
Thanks in advance. I have been using nagios core for years and hoping to start using XI as an upgrade for our system monitoring.

A couple of things to add. This is the latest nagios xi and is not on a VM. It is a standalone install.
I also traced through related processes and it is hanging on the following:
18089 18074 0 13:12 pts/8 00:00:00 find /usr/local/nagios/etc /usr/local/nagios/etc/hosts /usr/local/nagios/etc/services -maxdepth 1 -name *.cfg -exec xargs chmod ug-s {} +
root 18090 18089 0 13:12 pts/8 00:00:00 xargs chmod ug-s /usr/local/nagios/etc/resource.cfg

Is this a clean install? Are you behind a proxy? SSL? Is Gnome installed? Is your RHEL 6.2 64bit copy registered with redhat?

This is a clean install. We are not behind a proxy. Openssl is installed. This server is registered with RedHat and receiving updates. Gnome is installed.

I can confirm this as well. I just did a clean install on CentOS 5.7 and it stalled exactly the same place. No bandwidth, or CPU is now being used.

This just happened to me too. I just downloaded version "2011R2.0" and am trying to install on CentOS 6.2 x64
Is there a way to back out of this install and install 2011 r1.9??

I am new to this forum and Nagios XI. Is it possible to get a fix or a work around for the install script from the Nagios team? I am trying to get a proof of concept in place with the expectation of purchasing a license for XI. We want to replace our current monster monitoring system.

We've got a fix committed in SVN for this, and we should have a 2011R2.1 tarball posted tomorrow. Thanks for the heads up.
