Unable to add host for monitoring on nagios Xi

Hi Team,

I had added a OSX host for monitoring. Removed this host from nagios XI.
OSX is been migrated to Linux host. I am unable to add the Linux host for monitoring now.
I have license Enterprise license and maintenance for nagios XI. I need to raise a support ticket.is this the right place to raise a service ticket?

If you have not done so already you will need to verify your license by entering key & customer ID
