New Contact Not Receiving Notifications

Good afternoon!
I've got a new user and I've configured him in Nagios twice now. The first time was from scratch, and the second time I copied an existing, functional user's contact and changed the name and e-mail address. I copied the e-mail address from our Exchange server management console, too, just to be sure there was no typo in the e-mail. Everyone else for this person gets the expected notifications, but he gets none of them. I don't see any reason for it, and I'm not really sure where to look. It doesn't appear to be getting blocked (or even making it) Exchange.
I've verified the e-mail address, the alerts on the second tab are turned on, they're assigned to a 24/7 profile, and still nothing. Is there some other trick I'm currently unaware of for making this work? I've also tried specifying this user directly, rather than through an associated contact group, to no avail.
Any assistant in troubleshooting this would be great.
