I have some alert on alarm window. i have acknowledge and disable the same as its keep on reoccur. Please check and suggest.

If you acknowledge a problem and then the service goes back to an OK state, then revists a critical state, it will re-trigger an alert

is there is any way that it will appear with the fresh time?

I mean its showing in the same old time that the service is down since 139 days.

Even if I disable the notification its appears.

i get these in the operation centre window.

the item you show as acknowledged is not in the list above on the operation screen

You show ack for nge0 Status on host HTC-FILTER-02 but that is not show in the picture of the Operation center

it keeps on coming again and again. I have checked and verified.

Please send a screen shot of nge0 Status on host HTC-FILTER-02 in the operations center as well as a shot of the settings for the operations center.

Additionally, what version of Nagios XI are you running?

Please find the Screen shots of Operation Center and acknowledgement of the alarm in SS but still it keep on fluctuating with duration : 151days or 149days.

Is there is any way so that they can appear with the fresh duration. Client need to clear the screen with the old alarms.

Please suggest.
