I'm trying to find out more information about each component listed under the System Component Status table:
I know the first 3 are daemons - nagios, npcd, ndo2db and the rest are cron jobs.

I've found the following KB articles which explain:

I can't find anything that explains what the rest of the cron jobs do:
Feed Processor
Report Engine
Nonstop Operations Manager
System Statistics

Are there any KBs which explain these or can anyone give me a short description on each?

Feed Processor checks for unconfigured objects and processes outbound transfers.
Report Engine processes reports.
Nonstop Operations Manager creates CCM snapshots when you apply the configuration.
System Statistics gathers information about the system, including what processes(PIDs) are running.

For more info, you can find a specific cron script location by looking at the crontab /etc/cron.d/nagiosxi and then just open it with a text editor so see exactly what it's doing.
