Hi,
We are experiencing slow performance after upgrading to 5.5.0
Especially when opening several tabs, the CPU is increasing.
What can be the reason? Please instruct me which logs or details I need to give you.

Please PM me a profile and I can review some of the details of the system(Admin > System Config > System Profile > Download System Profile).
Have you followed any of the recommendations in
https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... ios-XI.pdf ? These can enhance performance significantly.

Yes, I did these steps from the documentation.
About profile file, will take time to exclude sensitive data from there.
I also noticed that when opening tabs, HTTPD consumes a lot of CPU which seems like the problem.
From the /var/log/httpd/error_log I see many repeatable errors:
[Fri Jul 13 16:32:43 2018] [error] [client 192.168.200.5] PHP Notice: Undefined index: start_time in /data/nagiosxi/html/includes/components/xicore/status-object-detail.inc.php on line 1062, referer: https://XXXXXXX/nagiosxi/includes/compo ... w=services

Let us know when the profile is available.

Still didn't work on the profile file.
However, we tried to go back to the previous version, and it seems like there is bug going back to the previous version as well.
Already saw several topics about this, I see we are not the only one in this boat :/

The start_time php error is an issue with host/service detail pages showing downtimes in a dropdown for when you schedule downtimes for a hosts/service and has been fixed but would not be related to speed issues. The fix for the php notice error will be in 5.5.2.
