Recommendation for servers in AWS

Hi,

I have general question for all Nagios servers. We are running these Nagios servers:
  • Nagios XI
  • 2 Nagios Log servers in cluster (most critical for this question)
  • Nagios Network Analyzer
  • Nagios Fusion
We will move Nagios servers to AWS cloud (decision has been already made  ) and we would like to know some recommendation which instance type we should you for these. For what I know, there are instances focused on different type of resources. For example CPU focused instances, memory focused instances, disk focused instances etc.

Could you please give me some advices?

Thanks

I can't give you specific machine sizes, but for all of our products disk speed is very important, faster the better.

The only other thing I will mention is that on the Log Servers, do not go with Instances over 64GB RAM, ther is actually a drop off in performance if there is more RAM.
