Hi Team,

We are currently using nagios XI 5.2.2

We are planning to do a upgrade to current version, Can we upgrade to the latest version directly or should we upgrade in phase.

Please let us know the process to upgrade from older to newer version

The only concern may be if you're running XI on CentOS 5. Since CentOS 5 is past end-of-life, you'll want to upgrade your operating system if you're still using that.

Otherwise, you should be okay to upgrade directly to the latest version (5.5.1). That said, please make sure to take a VM snapshot in case you run into any issues. You should be able to upgrade directly from the web interface, following our documentation here
