Hi Team,

We want to use Enterprise license key for our Nagios Xi servers. The old Enterprise license key is expired so we want to replace it with the new license key which is renewed one.

Kindly let us know how this can be done.

We directly pasted the new license key in the key field of License information page of the tool and clicked on "renew now". it diverted me to a page where it asked me to contact sales team of Nagios. But it didn't work. kindly refer the attached snapshot.

The New license is already activated by sales team.

Also we refereed below document but it seems this is to be used for the first time when the license has to be used in a tool, so it didn't help us:

Kindly let us know the steps to update new license key and use it.

Enter the New License Key and then click the blue "Update License" button at the bottom

Kindly let us know how we can we get the enterprise key? Will we get this information from Sales team or vendor or from Nagios Forum?
NOTE : We are using Enterprise license.

If this is an offline installation you contact [email protected] they can send you a script to update your expiration date.

If it is just behind a proxy you can add the proxy at Admin -> Proxy Configuration and the expiration will update automatically.
