Acknowledge not working after upgarde to 5.5.1

Hello,
when I acknowledge some service problem, it appeared in some minutes again.
It didn't happen with previous version.
How to fix it ?

It could be caused by this ticket:

I have killed the second process and test that now.
Current output:
[root@localhost ~]# ps -ef|grep nagios.cfg
nagios 8551 1 1 14:29 ? 00:00:12 /usr/local/nagios/bin/nagios -d /usr/local/nagios/etc/nagios.cfg
nagios 8655 8551 0 14:29 ? 00:00:00 /usr/local/nagios/bin/nagios -d /usr/local/nagios/etc/nagios.cfg
root 16269 13519 0 14:47 pts/0 00:00:00 grep nagios.cfg
[root@localhost ~]#

Seems to be solved. When I killed second bunch of processes which remain after upgrade to 5.5.1 running.
