Cannot apply Config

At some point yesterday we started getting an error when trying to apply config. Nagios XI was updated to 5.5.1 on Monday but I dont think this is a direct cause of our issue because yesterday morning I was making basic changes without issue.
When i apply config i get "Backend login to the Core Config Manager failed" at the top of the screen and the bottom has an error "Error: Service has no hosts and/or service_description (config file '/usr/local/nagios/etc/services/Windows Updates.cfg', starting on line 16)".
This Windows updates service is an old service we do not even use anymore and havent changed in months so I deleted this service but still get the error when doing an Apply Config.
When I SSH to the linux server and run sudo ./reconfigure_nagios.sh I get a few errors. One says Importing: /usr/local/nagios/etc/import/Server1.cfg .. PHP Notice: Undefined index: host_name in /usr/local/nagiosxi/html/includes/components/ccm/classes/import.class.php on line 551 and then again on line 905. I dont think we made any changes to this server and it has been in our Nagios for months so i deleted the host and its services from the gui but still get that error when trying to run the command line.
At the end it says Importing into the CCM failed.
Any advice on what to look at? I dont think we made any major changes to the system.
