Nagios Core 4.3.4 to 4.4.1 upgrade

Hello Experts,
We have Nagios Core 4.3.4 on Centos 7 in our production setup.
We wanted to upgrade it to version 4.4.1 (latest version).
Please help me with the upgradation steps.

However, I would hold off until 4.4.2 as there are a few known issues that are still being resolved with 4.4.1

Let me also hold my Nagios upgradation & wait for the 4.4.2

Ok. I'm going to lock this thread, please feel free to open a new one if you have trouble with the upgrade to 4.4.2 when it is released
