User for support in Nagios XI

Dear:

Some years ago my company acquired the contract for the standard version of Nagios XI, for some reason we could not find that contract and we need to enter the support forum of Nagios XI.

We have the license but not the user for support.

In the attachment is information about our license.

How could this situation be solved?

I would suggest emailing sales at nagios dot com with your customer information as well as your forums username requesting access to the "Customers Only" forums.

I would also suggest removing the screenshot containing license information from your original post.
