Dashboard is empty

Hi I have renewed my license recently. After I updated by license key I am unable to see dashboard loading any data.
Nagios home page still shows that the logstash is collecting data, but dashboard is unable to display
However I dont have any exceptions on logs except "stating pipeline has been started"

Can you please help on this

Being this is a custom dashboard, can you show what is filtered in the filtering section?

Looks like after my license key was updated my nagios server has stopped collecting logs from all the hosts.
I would appreciate if this discussion is carried over through a meeting or an email support??
CUrrently my production is in down state.
I tried removing all the filters and still the result is same.
