nagios cmd file does not exist

After upgrading Nagios XI from 5.4.13 to 5.5.2, we are experiencing some issues. (as per error.txt attached)

One issue we're noticing is that 'Force Immediate check' on services is resulting in 'An error occurred processing your request'.

After consulting forums with similar issue, we also noticed that file nagios.cmd under /usr/local/nagios/var/rw is not listed.

Can you kindly shed some light on this issue?

In addition

[root@am1nms-nagiosxi rw]# service nagios status
No lock file found in /var/run/nagios.lock

It would appear the nagios process isn't starting due to a config issue. Run the following to verify the config and provide any errors it may generate:

/usr/local/nagios/bin/nagios -v /usr/local/nagios/etc/nagios.cfg

Currently, you don't have any errors (just warnings) as most likely nagios reverted back to the last known good configuration.

Go to the CCM > Service Groups > OFC_KPI1, and remove the '202-S-OFC-OFC007-InteractiveSMSMT-last 6h-timefor99delivered_Total' service on the 'bru-ofc-queue01-p_v-ofc' host. Save, and apply configuration. If you see any errors, please post them on the forum. Thank you!
