You are talking about the Metric component, correct? Can you show us a screenshot of the error that you are getting? Are you seeing a blank page?
Start a running tail of the apache error log by running the following command from the command line:
then try loading the page in the web UI. Wait for a little bit, then go back to the terminal, stop the tail (ctrl+c), and copy/paste the output to the forum.
What is the version of the Nagios XI that you are currently using? Have you made any mods to the Metrics component?

Can you please provide all of the information we asked for - the version of the Nagios XI that you are currently using, and the apache error log? Have you made any mods to the Metrics component?
