As a test, please swap the Local and SSH backup times, so run the Local backup at 04:00 and the SSH backup at 05:00.
What is the full output of this command?
You could also try putting this at the bottom of your
/usr/local/nagiosxi/html/config.inc.php:
- Note: Put it above the DO NOT MODIFY LINE at the bottom
Code: Select all
$cfg['backup_timeout'] = 3600;
/********* DO NOT MODIFY ANYTHING BELOW THIS LINE **********/

What version of XI are you using? You can grab it from the bottom left hand side of the web interface.

If you go to Admin > Audit Log, do you see the daily entries for the command for submitting the backup to the system around 4am even for the days that are missing?
Code: Select all
User submitted a command to the subsystem (ID=1117)
