Nagios Integration with OneFM

want to integrate nagiosxi alert with a ticketing system known as oneFM. can you suggest possible way available with Xi to achieve it ?
Hello, @ericssonvietnam. I haven't heard of this ticketing system. Can you provide some reference? I also searched on the exchange but have not found any plugins either. You could probably write your own custom script and connect it with nagios alerts to send emails to the ticketing system.
For example, this tutorial integrates host and service alerts with the slack chat. You could do something similar with OneFM.
