Hi,
After upgraded xi 5.4 to 5.5.2 I got the error report in performance graph. It says
You are not authorized to access this feature. Contact your Nagios XI administrator for more information, or to obtain access to this feature.
What is wrong! How can I fix this issue?

@dimsum. Do you get this kind of error in all performance graphs? Can you show me the screenshot of the user settings under Admin -> Manager Users?

I run under user nagiosadmin. by the way, I create a new user and grant admin permission, it's not working it the same error.

Did you get any errors during the upgrade? Can you try upgrading to 5.5.3 (released yesterday)?
First reproduce the issue, then look in /var/log/httpd/error_log or /var/log/httpd/ssl_error_log, do you see any errors that may be related?
Are you seeing any crashed tables in /var/log/mysqld.log or in /var/log/mariadb/mariadb.log? If so, please try repairing the DB tables:

We might want to move this into a ticket so we can setup a remote session if you are not seeing anything.
Did you logout, close the browser and reopen it?

I have upgraded to 5.5.3 but no luck! So, I check error_log it does not have any error. I logged out and re-login it same issue. try reboot, no error db crash.
Can you please provide a support to remote the system. I'm available free time for you.
