Hello,

We are currently using CA Spectrum as our main monitoring tool and are interested to migrating to Nagios XI.
One very important feature we currently have in our monitoring system is auto discovery and creation of devices monitored by SNMP. The auto discovery discovers SNMP enabled devices on the network, does an snmp walk on every device and creates a monitored device on the system based on the OIDs the discovery found on the device.
Is there anything similar that can be achieved in Nagios XI?

We do have an autodiscovery component but it doesn't do SNMP OID scan/walking/monitoring like your other product does. It will just look at publicly/externally open ports, it won't SNMP scan/walk it. You can test it out the functionality by going to Configure > Auto-Discovery.
