Notification by mail stopped after upgrade to 5.5.3

Hi to all,
i upgraded my Nagios XI community edition to the latest version 5.5.3.
After that i saw that on service alert on console no email was sent. I checked also on my maillog file and it seems Nagios didn't send any mail.
I've done also test mail and in this case mail was sent to my address.
Can anyone help me?

Do you see notifications that should have been sent in the notifications log?

Hi,
i saw alert in notification and on nagios.log but no mail were sent to administrator address.

in notification i saw alert but i can't received any mail notification.
I attach screenshot, nagios and mail log and all configuration file.

Test messages could be send and will be delivered but host and service notifications not.

What do you have set as the from address in your mail settings? I see messages being rejected being sent from:
[email protected]

Hi,
i've tried with both method (SMTP and sendmail) and send test mail runnin correctly with mail arrive on my mailbox.
I also tried to sto services to get alert; on notification report was listed but no mail was sent (as reported in maillog screenshot)
I attach screenshot below.

Can you login as the nagiosadmin and click username in upper right, go to Notification Preferences
are all boxes selected?
then Notification Methods -> Email tab
Is "Receive alerts via email" checked?

Hi,
all needed checkbox are selected and emal notification was checked.
