Can't Import from LDAP (IPA/IdM)

We use Redhat's IDM/IPA for authentication. It is their version of LDAP. I don't seem to have any success importing users from our implementation.
Are the users not listed? Do you get an error on a certain step of the import, if so, what is the exact error?
You may want to create a ticket as it's something we'll likely need to do a remote session to debug the issue on.
