Add Bandwidth Port status

Hi,

we have nagios Xi version 5.3.14 VM machine

when i used Configuration Wizard to add new switch to Nagios System then i added the interface status and bandwidth i faced this error

as attached

It usually takes about 10-15 minutes for the performance data to start collecting on newly added Switches/routers

the same error after 16 hours

and the error is

var/lib/mrtg/10.100.52.3_10111.rrd does not exist.

Can you share your /etc/mrtg/conf.d/10.100.52.3.cfg

It's possible that these ports were down when you ran the wizard and they were removed from being polled.

and kindly note that the Ports are running and up

They appear to be in there but I noticed you are using SNMPv1 when these devices should be capable of version 2 and being they are gigabit interfaces, may require version 2.

I would suggest re-running the Network Switch/Router wizard using SNMPv2
