Does NagiosXI run on CentOS 7? If so, has anyone done an in-place CentOS upgrade from 6.10 to 7.x or can point me to an appropriate upgrade doc that works with NagiosXI?
Thanks and regards.

Yes, Nagios XI runs on CentOS 7.
Before you upgrade the OS make a backup of your XI.
https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... ios-XI.pdf
Then you would install CentOS 7 on a clean system.
Next install the same version of XI on the new CentOS 7 server that was on the old system.
Instructions:

Download links:
https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... rsions.php
Restore your Nagios XI backup, follow instructions from the first link.

Hi Medleyb,
Nagios XI does run on CentOS7. You can follow this document here:
https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... ios-XI.pdf
What you need to do is:
1. Backup the old system
2. Install Nagios XI on the new server
3. Copy over the backup from the old system
4. Restore XI from the backup

I need to move from CentOS 6.10 to RHEL 74 (or 7.5) Any issues you can see? I believe there may be none as CentOS is based on RHEL.

Also, does this bring over the licensing also?

If you are changing OS versions pay special attention to page 12 here
https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... ios-XI.pdf
And yes, the restore process moves the license as well
