Hi Team,

When ever Nagios core is restarted we were getting Ajax transaction error in the Nagvis dashboards. This problem happens even when there is any modification to the Nangvis maps has been made. ce

In Nagvis if you go to:
Need Help? -> Nagvis Support Information what version is displayed?

Also, what version of XI are you using?
From Options -> Manage Backend
what is the Default Backend?
