Hi All,

I have suddenly started getting the below error from the VMware data usage script:

CHECK_ESX3.PL CRITICAL - Server version '' at 'https://<IP Address>:443/sdk/vimService.wsdl' unsupported.


Till now it was working correctly. Now it has started giving the above error.

Can anyone suggest what could be the reason?

What is the full command that is producing this error message? Are you able to run it on the command line? The message would indicate problem with the server version - was it updated? What version is the VMware server and what version of the plugin is this. Check the plugin version with:

/usr/local/nagios/libexec/check_esx3.pl --version
