Go to Reports > SLA Report, click on Show details link, then schedule the report to be sent to your users. The report, that will be sent should contain all of the details. Isn't that working for you?

We had pre-5.5 Reports (all converted to 2-line with "show details" leading nowhere)

Have you tried editing the URL of the report by changing the "&showdetail=0" to "&showdetail=1"?

If your scheduled report doesn't show the details, you can re-add it by doing the following:
1. Go to Reports, right-click on your report under the My Scheduled Reports menu on the left, and open the link in a new tab.
2. Modify the URL by changing showdetail=0 to showdetail=1, and hit "Enter".
Example:
http://x.x.x.x/nagiosxi/reports/sla.php?host=&
showdetail=1&reportperiod=last24hours&startdate=&enddate=&host=&service=&hostgroup=&servicegroup=&slalevel=95&advanced=0&assumeinitialstates=yes&assumestateretention=yes&assumestatesduringdowntime=yes&includesoftstates=no&assumedhoststate=3&assumedservicestate=6&timeperiod=
3. Click on the Schedule this Report button in the upper-right corner, and save it with the new name.
Example:
Old report: SLA Report
New report: SLA Report New
4. After you make sure the new report works as expected, you can delete the old one.
Note: If you are clicking on the Hide/Show details link from within the PDF file, you can also change showdetail=0 to showdetail=1 and vice versa if needed in order to hide/show details.
