Tactical Overview not populating

Hi,
We have five nagios XI and two Nagios core services attached to our Nagios Fusion.
We recently created a new instance of Fusion version 4.1.5 to move away from the old version 2014R1.1.
Everything is working fine apart from one thing which is the "Tactical Overview" display for one of the Nagios Core instances.
The other Nagios core instance is fine and displays "Tactical Overview" with no issues.
The versions differ though, the instance that is not displaying tactical overview is Core 3.5.1 and the one that is showing is version Core 4.1.1
Do you guys have any idea what the issue may be?
