I am looking for a plugin on windows that can check a process for memory usage.
i.e. if process xyz.exe is using up more than 500k then critical other wise its ok... Something like that.
Can anyone recommend one?

NSClient++ should be able to do this, please see here (specifically check_process Memory Footprint section):
