We are attempting to stand up a new instance of log server with it's own cluster.

We started by cloning our two VMs which comprise an existing log server instance and would like to understand the best process for clearing out the old data/configs and creating a new cluster for the new instance. We want to ensure that once the new instance configuration is complete that it doesn't try to attach itself to the old cluster.

Any guidance is greatly appreciated.
