Nagios XI to monitor cloud kubernetes

Does anyone have any experience using Nagios Core or XI in monitoring their Kubernetes clusters with Docker containers? We are working on a project where this environment is being hosted by Google Cloud Platform. Any information or experiences you've had setting up monitoring for this environment would be really helpful.

@mattarion. I haven't worked on such project personally but we do have a tutorial on monitoring docker containers with Nagios.

Kubernetes also have part of their documentation dedicated to monitoring using the NPRE agent and Nagios.
