Specific user account didn't receive notification email?

There're a lot of hosts & services monitoring and user accounts, but only one user account didn't receive any of notification email, what could be the problem?

Is there a way to check whether NagiosXI sent notification email to that user account email address?

Does it show as being sent in the Notifications report?

If so is the dispatcher "Nagios XI"?
If so, lets verify that the users preferences are correct,
Click username (upper right)
Verify email address
Click "Notification Preferences"
Verify all boxex are checked,
Click Time period tab verify 00:00 - 24:00 is set for all days

Click "Notification Methods" verify "Receive alerts via email." is checked.
