NagiosXI Network status map

Hello,

Today i noticed that the network status map seems not to be working. If i am not mistaken the network status map is supposed to give a green bulb when the host and its services are fine. For some reason though most of my hosts on the map show as fine even though there are some services that have problems.

Since i added a new network in Nagiosxi it shows clearly as the older hosts all show as fine even though they arent. On the new network they show as problems however. The picture shows this as well.
map.PNG
#1 is a (older) host with 7 ok, 3 criticals, 2 warning and 1 unknown services
#2 is a (new) host with 7 ok, 4 critical and 1 warning services
#3 is a (older) host with 8 ok services.

What can i do to reset the map or what logic is behind the status map?

How do you see it in Nagios Core?

From what i can see its precise the same. Also here it displays everything as up even though there are services with criticals on some hosts.

Does the map only show the hosts itself or does it take the services in account as well?

The map doesn't take into account the services. You may have a few services in a warning or critical state, but if the host is up, it would still show a green balloon.
Did your yellow balloons turn green over time (your new host)?
