Dashlet background color

Is there any way to change the dashlet background color. I can change the dashboard background color but not the dashlet.

In order to do this you'd actually have to modify the CSS file for the dashlet. Currently it's not a selectable option for individual dashlets.

How do I find the CSS File? This is the Prebuilt VMware machine.

The CSS file can be found at:
/usr/local/nagiosxi/html/includes/dashlets/<dashlet_name>/<dashlet_name>.css
I'd suggest doing some experimenting with the helloword dashlet first, and then experiment with others from there.

Sorry but I dont know what the helloword dashlet is or where to find it. I'm just learning nagiosxi.

You can download the code for any of your installed dashlets by accessing the Admin->Manage Dashlets page, and clicking the "Download" icon. From there you can make changes, re-zip the dashlet directory, and then install it again through the Admin->Manage Dashlets page.
Which dashlet were you looking to modify?
