Nagios strange behaviour after license expiration

Hello,
today our Nagios XI license has expired and we are experiencing strange behaviour since then.
There are some alarms we can not Acknowledge and some user profiles are not refreshing alarm or unable to see alarms.
At first we suspected it was a DB problem, but when we checked DB, memory, the Nagios server status... everything seems to be working fine.
We would like to know if this kind of issue can be related with the license expiration.
Any help is really appreciated since we are talking of a PROD environment.
