Hello.
Newbie here.

I have a device that i can snmpwalk x.x.x.x -v 2c -c password and get results - from the console. I can also perform the same test and results from other boxes. however whenever i use the nagiosxi to snmpwalk or query - i'm getting an error (device not enabled - change settings).

what is causing this and how can i get around this? i have the same issue on 2 devices that i can 'manually' snmpwalk w/o issues.

Can you provide a screenshot of the configuration of the service check that is failing? That and the output of the "Run Check Command" button found on the service's configuration page will help. Make sure to redact any sensitive info.
