Can we have muliple Nagios XI Home page for multiple user, if so please help me in setting up.

Yes, these can be set on a per-user basis if you like

The document shows how to have a own own landing page per user designed by the user logged in. can you explain in detail on How admin can stitch Nagios Home page for different users with different dashboards.

EX:
I am the admin, I have 2 customers X and Y, how can i(admin) configure to have 3 home pages, one for each with different Dashboards.

Ok, this is different than the original question.

To do this you would need to masquerade as the user and then set their dashboard as if you were the user.

Ok, this is different than the original question.

To do this you would need to masquerade as the user and then set their dashboard as if you were the user.

can i do it per group instead of users, like each group containing 5-10 users

No, they can either be set system wide, or per user.
