Recent Alerts and Top Alert Producers are empty

Hello,

With reference to above subject, i don't see anything in "Recent Alerts" and "Top Alert Producers" under Alerts pane in Nagios Fusion.

Using Fusion 4.1.5 version with 3 Nagios XI fused servers.

This issue persist since i installed fusion.

It only works means can see recent alerts ONLY in one situation when i de-fuse/delete and again fuse/add Nagios XI servers.

So when i fuse new servers, for few minutes it shows both "Recent Alerts" and "Top Alert Producers" , later on it's empty, it doesn't show any data.

Nothing to see any fusion logs related to this.

I had discussed this issue before in forum, suggest to refuse, i did it and worked for sometime and later on it's empty.

Please suggest.

Between 4.1.5 and 4.1.6 there was a major re-write of how the polling was executed that very well could resolve your issue.

Is it possible for you to perform this upgrade?

Thanks for reply, however latest version available is 4.1.5 itself, see attached screenshot.

Any other solution alike?

Mo apologies, I am a little ahead of myself as I've laid my eyes on Fusion 4.1.6 in-house, but was mistaken saying it was already released.

This is still in final testing, and barring any problems found in QA

No worries, thanks for reply.

Hoping to fix some underlined issue in 4.1.6 like-

-Recent alerts no data
-Top Alerts Producers no data
-NOC open service problems shows data of only 10 columns

BTW when 4.1.6 would be getting released?

This is still in final testing, and barring any problems found in QA it should be out next week
