How do I change the IP address of the nagios server?

Hi,

We've been using Nagios XI for a while, have the licence for it, it's been running on 88.211.55.x IP address. Unfortunately, we're moving and our ISP is changing, so we ran nagios on another machine, migrated everything, but I can't see the option to change the IP address of the server, and our installation is appearing as unregistered.
How do I fix it?

Thanks,
Martin

What version of Nagios XI are you using?

Nagios XI 2011R1.6 is the one we were using,
Nagios XI 2011R2.1 is the one we're just installed.

How does this matter?

Thanks,
Martin

It matters because we changed the way we handle licensing in the newer version.

You should be able to make the IP change on 2011R2.1 without problem.

But I'm not able to do it, hence my question. It says that the licence has expired (?)
I can't find any information about the licence itself; our previous sysadmin has already left, and the login details I've got for your "panels" don't give any information...
Help please...

I might be missing something. This would be best solved by contacting [email protected] directly.

Thanks.
