NRDP not retrieving data

Hi all,

We have 3 Nagios locally installed on our customers and one Nagios Central pretended to retrieve the data from the other ones.
The point is, even setting up the NRDP nor NCSA we're not getting any data.
Can you please guys lend us a hand?

I've had customer set this up before using https://assets.nagios.com/downloads/nag ... h-NRDP.pdf. Have you tried this doc ?

Per this doc, https is used which is usually port 443. Make sure that this port is up and listening on the central server or that the customer servers are configured to contact the correct port. You'll also want to make sure there isn't a firewall blocking the connection on this port between the machines.
